Schisms among the people (St Francis prophecy)

St. Francis of Assisi gave us a prophecy telling us the state of the Church…

“There will be such diversity of opinions and schisms among the people, the religious and the clergy, that, except those days were shortened, according to the words of the Gospel, even the elect would be led into error, were they not specially guided, amid such great confusion, by the immense mercy of God.”

Schisms among the people, the religious and the clergy, this is true as the same claim in such prophecy that sanctity of life at that time would be mocked.

Since 1965 the Church split openly into 2 camps, neo-catholics and the orthodox (traditionalists), modernists for a long time wanted to be “free” to do whatever they want with the faith and they got their wishes, traditionalists split into many, some more hard line than the next.

Neo-catholic Bishops persecuted those who wanted to love God through the old mass, fearing the conclusion of their liberty in doing circus type masses, no more clowns, balloons, dancers, animals, cultural shows and gay stuff… yes, as many embraced false mercy to do gay masses and included homosexuality as a “gift” from God.

Anyways, schism did happen amongst traditionalists, it wasn’t only the SSPX; it was whatever Bishop Williamson is running, the congregation of St Pius V, the canons regular of St. Augustine and on and on… you get the idea? Many ran to the hills because of what happened to the Church in 1965 but they too couldn’t agree and form several traditional movements.

If you go around the internet and talk with traditionals you will find that some have a marvelous faith, great to talk to, and no nonsense point of view regarding faith, but there are others with an extreme degree higher and higher, that can’t be backed with the Bible and they’re hard or impossible to listen to.

It’s scary… but the same goes with Neo-catholics, for decades the persecution to the mass that all the Saints and Martyrs loved was so rampant, to the point that most clergy believed the Tridentine mass was outlawed, Bishops ran it that way until pope Benedict XVI shed light to darkness and stated the Tridentine mass is not outlawed, furthermore, any priests who wishes to celebrated the old mass doesn’t need the permission of their Bishop (Benedict’s S Motu propio).

To me this was the detonator for the rabid persecution by the St Gallen mafia that led to his irregular resignation… the liberation of the old Mass, persecuted for long by modernists was the final nail on his coffin, anyways, we can see more clear today, the prophecy is being fulfilled by the many schisms on both camps (Neo-catholics and Traditionalists), that are creating confusion on those who don’t know their faith well.

True, many schisms… true there’s a false prophet igniting more confusion, St Francis of Assisi called Bergoglio not a true Pastor, but a DESTROYER, but by God’s Mercy the days are being shortened open your eyes.
